Account & Data Deletion Request

FAIRFIX.AI (FAIRFIX.AI LLC, fairfixai.com) allows any user — driver, repair shop, or automotive expert — to request deletion of their account and eligible personal information.

How to submit a deletion request

Complete the request form below using the email address associated with your FAIRFIX.AI account. Alternatively, you may email privacy@fairfixai.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity before processing the request and confirm completion by email.

What gets deleted

When a deletion request is verified, we delete or anonymize your account profile, contact details, and other personal information associated with your account, as described in our Privacy Policy.

What may be retained, and for how long

Certain records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business need — for example financial and transaction records, completed repair-case records, dispute or fraud records, and information subject to a legal hold. Retained information is kept only for the periods described in our Privacy Policy and is then deleted or anonymized.
